Brian Kelsey has been in the State House of Representatives since 2005. In that time, Representative Kelsey has not only proven to be ineffective, but as of late, a bad joke. Using the same tactics as his counterpart to the East, Stacey Campfield, Kelsey has not only dishonored his office, and himself, but also done the constituents of State House District 83 a huge disservice.
